Dr Thapa is an early career researcher with keen interest and experience in implementation research, epidemiology and health system research. She is currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Eastern Health Clinical School, Monash University, Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Thapa’s research focuses on co-designing health system to improve equity in the prevention and management of NCDs across the life-course and across the healthcare continuum. Her research work extends in Australia and internationally. Dr. Thapa has extensive experience in implementing health projects and worked with various international organizations such as German Development Cooperation, Save the Children International and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
