Dr Natasha de Alwis is a Heart Foundation Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Therapeutics Discovery & Vascular Function in Pregnancy group at the University of Melbourne. Her fundamental research focuses on understanding the mechanisms that drive pregnancy complications like preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction and preterm birth - and developing new therapeutic strategies to treat them.
